Wild Game Cooking Class with Leslie Fangman
In today’s class we learned how to cook some dishes straight out of Louisiana, including rice and beans, boudin, pasta with pheasant and some other wild game dishes. All of the dishes taste delicious. The participants had a fun time learning something new and will be able to try dishes at home with the guidance of Chef Leslie’s wild game cook book! She generously shares a copy of the book at each class and we are so thankful for her contribution to our programs. A big thanks to her and to Specialty Appliance for allowing us to use their showroom for these classes.
