Annual Dove Hunt
With a group of six veterans from Operation TBI and Ft Carson SRU, we embarked on our annual dove hunt. The hunt began with the group hidden under some trees surrounded by grass and sunflowers. The group was very quiet and focused on the sky, so they would be able to see the doves taking flight. The group was able to hunt a few doves and, more importantly, everyone had a great time enjoying the outdoors! A big thank you to Valhalla Hunt Club as well as all of the volunteers and veterans that made today a successful outing!
