Beautiful fall weather was with us as our participants learned how to center their thoughts and emotions through care for the horses. Afterwards, we enjoyed a scenic trail ride.

Try Scuba with Denver Adaptive Divers

Scuba enthusiasts say they enjoy a variety of healing benefits, including reduced stress, improved strength, better circulation and enhanced mental well-being. Our participants learned scuba fundamentals while enjoying their first diving experiences with Denver Adaptive Divers’ expert instructors.

Creative Meditation with Painting with Art Students League of Denver

This relaxing and fun class specially designed for people with limited mobility blended guided instruction with accessible art through painting and collage-making techniques that unleashed imagination and promoted calm.

Blacksmithing and Welding at Kilroy’s Workshop

Hammers, open flame, knife forging and welding with welcoming experts in the trades. What’s there not to love?! Our participants were of all skills levels and focused on the projects of their choice.
