What could possibly be better than learning to prepare a new dish and then being able to eat it too? Chef Leslie Fangman showed us how to prepare her new recipes that included bear, fish and elk. Not only did they taste unbelievable, they were also very healthy! It was a great class. A big thanks to Chef Leslie Fangman and Specialty Appliance for the use of their kitchen full of fantastic appliances.
